Paleo Diet

Topic: Paleo Diet Objectives: The aim of bachelor thesis is to study available literature about Paleo Diet and evaluated it. Then determine whether there is awareness of Paleo Diet in Czech republic. In addition, find out whether there is any experience in dieting according to Paleo Diet and whether Paleo Diet coul be applied in our environment. Methods: As a source of information served a survey. The research group consists of respondents who should have any experience in dieting according to Paleo Diet. The results are presented by using frequency tables and charts using the functions in Excel or data analysis at www.survio.cz. Results: Some people in Czech republic have experience in dieting according to Paleo Diet and i tis positively evaluated. This was find out because of knowlegde from literature and information got from survey. Also physical aktivity has a important role and place in life style according to Paleo Diet. The applicability of Paleo Diet should not be a problém in our environment, all food stuff is available. Though Paleo Diet is not without controversy.
